Promoting and Encouraging Good Citizenship, Patriotic Education, Military and Public Service, National Security, and Youth Programs


 

Regular membership meeting third Tuesday of each month September to May, 11:30am at Shawnee Country Club, 913 SE 29th St, Topeka, KS

Executive Committee meeting first Friday each month of a regular meeting, 10:00am at American Legion, 1314 SW Topeka Blvd, Topeka, KS 

 

  What We Do:

 

  • Cherish memories and associations of the World Wars

  • Inculcate and stimulate love of Country and Flag

  • Promote and further Patriotic Education in our Nation

  • Maintain Law and Order and defend honor, integrity, and supremacy of the United States and Constitution

  • Foster Fraternal relations among Armed Forces

  • Promote suitable policy of National Security

  • Acquire and preserve records of individual services

  • Encourage and assist in commemorations and Memorial of the World Wars

  • Transmit all these ideals to posterity
